Your objective is to establish your own empire in medieval Europe. To accomplish this, you'll require a formidable army, substantial wealth, and authoritative power - all of which you lack at the beginning.
Initially, you are nothing more than a destitute vagabond. Devoid of a residence, affluent family, or influential companions, you possess no valuable possessions. However, you do possess a simple aspiration - to avoid starving to death.
In order to survive, you must toil tirelessly: chopping wood, tending to livestock, and harvesting crops, among other arduous tasks. The more industrious you are, the greater your reputation will grow, resulting in more lucrative job opportunities. This newfound wealth will enable you to procure sustenance, clothing, and perhaps even save for a home.
Yet there are alternative pathways to earning income. Engaging in theft, robbery, and forming a gang are also options. If the local lord becomes aware of your criminal activities, he may employ your services to raid the settlements of his rivals and enemies. Should you provide exceptional service, you shall receive gold and land as rewards. How you choose to spend your earnings - on leisure or in ventures such as purchasing a bakery and hiring employees - is entirely up to you.
Over time, your gang will expand and be recognized as a formidable army. For even greater riches and renown, consider embarking on a crusade. And upon your return to your homeland, challenge your current authority figure. The seemingly hollow dream of becoming king or, better yet, emperor can become reality.
How to play:
- You possess three resources: health, fame, and money. Health is essential for work and military campaigns; fame enables better job prospects and ownership of properties and land; while money is always in demand.
- Engage in various occupations, purchase attire, weapons, and other assets. Undertake military campaigns, some necessitating the recruitment of large numbers of soldiers. Acquire wealth, buildings, and upgrades. Most importantly, enjoy.
